No matter what your age, or how long you’ve been playing, Pokémon trading cards are one of the most accessible games and collectables around. Whether you’re passionate for Pikachu, or chuffed to own a Charizard, we’re one of the UK’s top communities for buying, selling, trading, collecting and playing.

The Pokémon Trading Card Game was first launched in 1996. But it was the global popularity of Pokémon around the turn of the millennium that made the game the phenomenon it remains today.

Over 40 billion cards (wow!) have now been sold worldwide to millions of people, some of whom build decks for play, and others simply to collect as many as they can. Either way, the all-ages accessibility of the game and the worldwide recognition of the characters means Pokémon trading cards are still a hit after a quarter of a century.

There are nearly 100 English-speaking sets of Pokémon trading cards, and you can find many of them at Toy Planet.

Our stock includes Elite Trainer Boxes, V Boxes, Booster Packs and Blister Packs – as well as individual gems – and is constantly updated. Plus, if you’re able to visit our store, we hold regular swap meets where you can meet like-minded people, improve your collection and boost your decks.
